Driveway or street blocked by cars or trucks
If this happens only occasionally, by the time a police officer comes out to write a ticket, the vehicle may already be gone. If this happens for longer periods or frequently, call either LICBDC at 718.786.5300 or the 108th or 114th Precinct to report it. After a summons has been placed upon a car blocking a driveway, the blocked person can then call a towing company to tow the car.Cars without license plates abandoned on street
