  • Working capital with easy loan terms

  • SBA 504 loans cover real estate and equipment purchasing, and range from $500,000 up to $4M.  A commercial bank puts in 50%, SBA handles 40%, and the buyer only has to put up 10%.

Rather than lay off a percentage of the work force to cut costs, NY State Department of Labor allows employers to reduce the hours and wages of some or all employees, who can then receive partial unemployment insurance benefits to supplement their lost wages.
- Employment Works is a NYC program subsidizing the hiring of probationers.

- Workforce1 Career Centers - Employment services, job placement, career advisement.
